About Enable Technology National Excel Training Courses

We are a company that offers short, practical, Excel hands on technology courses. The course will always be taught by a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Every course participant is given Excel courseware which they can refer to after the training. Course participants are welcome contact the Tutor after the course with specific Excel queries. This support is open ended.

Excel courses are taught by a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. If you can provide a training room, we can bring the necessary laptops with software installed and deliver the Excel onsite. Alternatively we could schedule a course at a local socially distanced venue in National. We offer the option of working with you to develop a bespoke Excel programme which precisely matches your organisations training requirements.

This course can also be delivered in a virtual classroom. Delegates can log into a scheduled Excel course, watch the tutor demonstrate tasks, ask questions and share their own screen.

We have operated primarily in the West Midlands for twenty years. Some of our clients are Birmingham City University, Carillion PLC, Vodafone Group Services, Nuclear Engineering Services, Homeserve PLC, Norwich Union PLC, Halfords Group PLC and Canadian High Commission.

  • This course familiarises the participant with Microsoft Power Query, a revolutionary data tool for Excel that allows you to intuitively discover and automate the import, transformation, and combination of data across a variety of data sources for use in Excel and Microsoft Power BI. Power Query is a free add-in for Excel that enhances the self-service Business Intelligence experience in Excel.  The course uses Excel 2016, however Power Query works with Excel 2010 and above.  

    Participants should be familiar with Excel and the concepts of datasets and basic reporting including the use of PivotTables.
