About Enable Technology East Midlands SQL Training Courses

We are a company that offers short, practical, SQL hands on technology courses. The tutor teaching the course will be an experienced developer and Microsoft certified professional. All candidates receive comprehensive SQL training materials and practice files which are theirs to refer to after the course. Course participants are welcome contact the Tutor after the course with specific SQL queries. This support is open ended.

Courses are instructor led and groups sizes small. Enable Technology SQL courses can be delivered onsite at your premises. We bring a fully equipped training lab with us. Alternatively we could schedule a SQL course at an alternative training site in East Midlands. The SQL syllabus can be adjusted and additional topics incorporated if helpful.

We also deliver this course online. Delegates participate in a virtual SQL class and can both talk to and share their screen with the tutor.

  • This generic SQL course which is applicable to most databases assumes no prior knowledge. Participants will learn how to write queries which can extract required data from a relational database SQL also enables users to aggregate and group the filtered data. The course includes topics on to manipulating data with write insert, update and delete statements. On the second day delegates learn how to create tables, views and stored procedures.

Transact SQL

  • This two day Transact SQL course introduces delegates to querying and manipulating data in Microsoft SQL Server. The course explores how to write select statements, join tables, create subqueries, write update, delete and insert statements. It differs from the generic SQL course in that if explores Microsoft SQL Server product specific functions and the notation associated with creating Microsoft SQL Server User Defined Functions, Stored Procedures and Triggers.
