About Enable Technology Sheffield Microsoft Project Training Courses

We are a company that provides short intensive Microsoft Project training courses. The training will be delivered by a Microsoft professional with development experience. Every person attending a Microsoft Project course will be provided with training materials and practice files to retain after the course. We offer a post training support service and delegates will have access to a Microsoft expert on Microsoft Project for as long as they need.

We specialise in instructor led teaching with small groups. The training is hands on and delegates will practice the skills they acquire. We can deliver at your premises. We can provide the equipment. The Microsoft Project course could also be scheduled at a socially distanced site near you in Sheffield. The Microsoft Project syllabus can be adjusted and additional topics incorporated if helpful.

This instructor led Microsoft Project training is also available online. Participants can see the tutors screen, ask questions and share their screen with the tutor.

Our teaching team have been delivering technical training in the Midlands for twenty years.   • Microsoft Project - Level 3 aims to take the learner to more advanced levels of Microsoft Project. It covers a diverse range of topics including working simultaneously on multiple projects, sharing resources between several projects, downsizing very large projects, using templates, and automating operations with VBA.

    At the completion of this course you should be able to:

    Create and work with several types of custom fields
    Create and work with WBS Codes
    Create a custom view with a custom filter, group and table
    Run and modify standard graphical reports as well as create your own custom reports
    Create and work with visual reports
    Work with and create project templates
    Work with and link multiple projects in Project
    Create shared resources for use amongst multiple projects
    Downsize large project files into more manageable entities
    Export project data to other applications
    Collaborate on projects with others using Skype for Business and SharePoint
    Create VBA macros to automate operations in a project file
